Musician’s Institute (G.I.T.) Grad since 1992, and a Bachelor of Music from SUNY Oneonta in 1995, Tom Atkins has performed live music in front of tens of thousands of people all over America and Europe, taught in excess of 300 students (some who have moved on to the Berklee School of Music or pursued 4 year degrees in music and music education.) With a soon to be available downloadable instruction book, “Total Guitaristry“, Tom is now available for private lessons in Guitar and Bass performance, Music theory, Ear Training and audio recording.  All ages and all levels are welcome and all styles (beginning classical, jazz, rock, punk, metal and classic rock) are taught. Special focus on teaching self discipline techniques to maximize your potential on your instrument, regardless of style or goals.
